Errr, AntiX 16 is Jessie, AntiX 17 is stretch. You running the same exact same kernel on both distros?

I got a Wacom pen on my Dell XT2 on the shelf. I see no reason to disable it. I use it.

Find the module for you Wacom pen using lsmod and blacklist it I guess.
