I was using two spacefm windows to move and delete old files on my multipartition computer. One was a root window and the other was a user window.
At one point, while transferring a file between the two with the mouse, the mouse stopped working. I could still move it, but clicks did nothing.
Eventually, I used a keyboard combination (alt + k) to close a window (the root one) and the mouse began working normally again.
Looked in the forum and on the web for a discussion of such problems. Didn’t find any.
