Forum for users of antiX Linux. Mean and Lean and Proudly anti-fascist.
I have xorg.conf files on my antiX Sid install and I haven’t noted a problem (but I have a very simple built in monitor on this laptop).
I suggested looking at xorg.conf because I have read posts where it was noted that modern X doesn’t necessarily need an xorg.conf and that sometimes deleting an xorg.conf that exists might fix problems.
My question is has it been automatically recreated in a form that doesn’t interfere with xrandr’s ability to manage multiple monitors? What do you get if you use a find or locate command in your now working antiX system?
