apt-get dist-upgrade seems ok now (It doesn’t show that packages will be removed) and is different from the result in your first post.

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

                      2. All things are well, both in “life” and with your system.

Whether “veterans” or first-time newbies, ALL of us experience such moments – some more than others.

Thanks for your transparency Roky, and thanks anti for your great patience – clearly your “teaching” background, as well as your professional attitude, are evident in the clarity of the explanation and resolution.

                      Thanks again, gentlemen! 😀 👍
