On Feb 22/19, Firefox blocked my Adobe Flash 32.0.0.114 because it is out of date. There is a newer version 32.0.0.156 (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) but I don’t understand how to install it.
I was under the impression that Adobe Flash was updated with sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
The Firefox notice is here.- This topic was modified 4 years, 1 month ago by greyowl.

::You need the nonfree part in the sources list
Your antiX repo in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list should have something like this.
deb http://repo.antixlinux.com/stretch stretch main nosystemd nonfree
please post the output of inxi -r (in a terminal)

::1. delete the /etc/apt/sources.list file not needed and does not exist on a default antiX install.
2. /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list should only have this entry – delete the other one
deb http://repo.antixlinux.com/stretch/ stretch main nosystemd nonfree
Do apt-get update to get in sync

::Not quite.
Your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list should only have one entry ie
deb http://repo.antixlinux.com/stretch/ stretch main nosystemd nonfree
so delete the line with
deb http://mirror.utoronto.ca/mxlinux/antix/stretch/ stretch nosystemd main

::You’re welcome.
BTW repo-manager should select the ‘best’ antiX and Debian repo for you.
Where are you based? Canada?

::Yes, I am in Canada.
A while back, I used the repo-manager to select the utoronto mirror. I think that is the reason that it was in my /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list but I could be mistaken. Maybe, I added it manually.
I have never used the button: “Select Fastest antiX Repo for me”
If I do this will it change antix.list and remove deb http://repo.antixlinux.com/stretch/ stretch main nosystemd nonfree which I just added?I don’t think that I understand the use of the Repo Manager.

::That’s how I see it.
As long as you are satisfied with the internet speed and have no other problems with the currently selected mirror, it is not necessary to change it with the repo-manager.
However, if you encounter any problems (slow speed, mirror not reachable)and you use the “Select Fastest antiX Repo for me” button, repo-manager will search for the fastest, reachable mirror available in your location.
And of course it will replace your current one with another. The “main nosystemd nonfree” will not be touched and will be preserved.No need to worry
So it’s a nice feature, if there are problems.
