First I am translating the text with the translator
Please forgive me if there are any text/sentence errors

      I followed this https://www.antixforum.com/forums/topic/dwm-as-default-wm/#post-64268
Installed dwm and everything works fine, but the dwm option does not appear in the desktop session.
Installing with apt, there is a dwm option, but if I build it myself, there is none.
      What should I do?

        What should I do?

With antiX 21/22 I edited the /etc/slimski.local.conf file and added ‘,dwm’ to the list of window managers to open in the “sessiontypes” line.

If I want dwm to be the default window manager, then I also make the next ‘default_sessiontype’ say ‘dwm’.

I don’t know if this is the right way to do it, I just did it. If there’s a more correct way, I hope someone will correct this answer.

It now appears in the desktop session!
          Thank you for your help!

Ok that’s great! Maybe we got lucky and I told you the “right way” to do it.
