Thanks anti, I got mine off :https://sourceforge.net/projects/antix-linux/files/Final/ , but I will revisit later today. Also after trying various permutations for 45 minutes, I was unable to donate through via MX for AntiX (with an existing paypal account).This may be down to my inability, I will try later when I have more time.

I have not tried installing any incremental releases recently. I am simply updating the original release. (Actually, I believe the most recent ISO image I installed was a beta test 17.0 image, though I am using my MOTO G5+ to write my notes this morning while sitting in a medical complex waiting room while a family member undergoes a routine procedure). All is well!😀

Except for the newest test kernel, my system is otherwise “up-to-date” and it has been consistently working great. Only the version ident string reveals the original *test* nature of the system. The reality is that for everyday use this system, regardless of the label, has been rock solid in use primarily for routine browsing and editing.
