I hope I’m doing this right (ie, giving the details needed). Testing program “add-key”:
antiX 19 upgraded to testing – 32-bit
jwm desktop:
chose remove tab
1. It shows startup programs lines as well as keys lines to delete.
2. chose to remove the Contol-Alt left/right/up/down lines (one at a time).
3. after each one is completed, it is still available to select, when I attempt to select the next one.
4. afterward, they appear to still be on the text file, but they do not work (good).chose add tab
5. tried to add Contol-Alt-0 to launch roxterm – does not work – even after logout/in. file doesn’t show anything new, either.- This topic was modified 2 years, 4 months ago by christophe.

::Icewm desktop:
1. removed key ctrl-space (app-select) – logged out & in – combo does not work (good).
2. added ctrl+super+0 bound to app-select – logged out & in – key combo does work as expected.confirmed antiX frugaler, since 2019

::fluxbox desktop:
1. added key combo alt+super+0 = roxterm – logged out & in – key combo launched roxterm as expected.
2. removed ctrl+alt+left/right key combos – logged out & in – key combos still working.
3. also, even though popup stated line was removed after each line removal action, that first line was available to select when I went to select the second one.confirmed antiX frugaler, since 2019

::Icewm:
Tried to remove key combos ctrl+alt+left/right, which jumps to next right/left virtual desktop.
But this combo isn’t displayed as a line able to be removed.confirmed antiX frugaler, since 2019

Yes, hopefully in the future someone could volunteer to keep issues like this updated on the gitlab issues page and link to a post such as this.

2/3/4) seen updating the remove list does not work, will fix if I do not forget/loose the post.
4) I when I remove an item it is removed from the keys file; is this the text file or is it also referring to the combobox?
5) This requires reloading the keys file/session. Should I add a session restart when the application is closed? This could possibly close windows people have open during a desktop session.Computers are like air conditioners. They work fine until you start opening Windows. ~Author Unknown

Both.
I also just now re-did the procedure (to refresh my memory on what I did last night) – and the whole jwm key file got re-copied (ie, 2 copies of all entries, one full copy then the second copy after, in the keys file).
