Good progress and an excellent idea to try the current full image!

      Congratulations on your accomplishments.

I’ll let others comment on the remaining matters.

how can I create an iso (containing all the customisation I have done : packages, appearance, theme, config files of navigator, …), and then reinstall that iso which will (I hope) boot in ~6 sec

Menu –} antiX Control Center –} Maintenance (tab) –} ISO snapshot

        or, from commandline: sudo iso-snapshot

An html helpfile is provided for iso-snapshot ~~ See: /usr/share/doc/iso-snapshot-antix/iso-snapshot.html

As a side note [..] we can not install antiX-21 on some devices [..] the partitions were well set

This topic is titled “waiting for /dev to be fully populated”.
It would be better to start separate, suitably titled, topics to inquire/discuss other matters.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the discussion!

I don’t see any options to mark the thread as resolved, let me know what to do if there is any manipulation to do ^^

          Thanks again.
