Hello, I recently did apt-get upgrade on my antiX 21 install.
All went okey (had to manualy keep some files and manually upgrade kernel to 4.9.326).
Im running 32bit SMP non-PAE kernel.
I had absolutly no problems (except some Firefox crashes) on antiX 21 with 4.9 kernel.
Unfortunately, today system become unstable.
I was browsing git-hub and were downloading some files.
X lagged like hell, luicky I always have virtual COM with agetty there,
so I logged in and checked top:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
1372 root 20 0 938496 737576 35024 R 43.5 23.8 2:13.10 Xorg
1358 root 20 0 5556 3520 3264 R 42.0 0.1 1:23.61 elogind-d+
Started to killing stuff randomly, but no luck.
init 6 didnt helped, system kinda hanged.
Had to do hard reset.
Anyone noticed any problems?
