Sorry if this is in the wrong location…

Anyone know what this actually means? Where can I get the missing file?

FATAL ERROR:Failed to open exclude file “/usr/local/share/excludes/iso-snapshot-exclude.list” because No such file or directory

I’m trying to perform an iso snapshot in antix19alpha2 and the above error keeps me from making a snapshot.

I’d prefer not to have to perform a complete reinstall.

It’s just a listing, you should be able to grab a copy from any other version, & use it, I think.

        Linux (& BSD) since 1999

          hi manyroads,

In the folder /usr/local/share/excludes/ there is the file iso-snapshot-exclude.orig
just edit as root and save it to /usr/local/share/excludes/iso-snapshot-exclude.list
          then it works.

            @ manyroads,

I still have to check booting your other iso and getting back.
