      Wallon,

      1. Did you try the setting in IceWM called FullScreenUseAllMonitors?

      Dear BobC,

I have done a lot of tests and it doesn’t change anything.
I have to use the cursor select on every screen. This is the only solution.

      Best regards,
      Wallon

        Dear All,

I noticed that in Seamonkey I had no sound. Do I have to install a program to get sound?

        Best regards,
        Wallon

@Wallon- I’m not testing beta1 right now, but you can try starting seamonkey using apulse (it works in previous antiX versions, I’m not sure if the sound system changed in the beta):
          So, in a terminal, try:

          apulse seamonkey

          P.

            Wallon, IceWM supports Xinerama.

              Hello,

Tried the antix21 beta1 runit version, and it is fast. (congratulations)
I especially like the choice of the 2 kernels (into the installer isolinux.conf) an old one K4.9.0264 and the new one k5.10.27, it is very interesting for the antiX strategy (compatible for old and new computers).
I also tested a snapshot .iso with the version runit, and this time, it works too (of course with only one kernel this time), compressed it with xz instead lz4 (the ability to have zstd will be better for new kernels).

Keep the good work … no big bugs so far … and I am waiting for the antiX_x32_runit version now 😉

Tried to load Gimp full does not install from package manager

You probably selected “Gimp latest”, which tries to install it from the MX test repos, which don’t exist for bullseye yet. Install from the terminal or synaptic right now, which will bring the Debian’s version.

Downloaded the B1-runit iso, both kernels worked great on this machine on live dvd.
installed to the hard drive and boots real fast, updated to newer 5.10.57 kernel.
Liked the live log in the installer and new options. great work.

Thanks for confirming it. I am trying to edit some of the runit services so that they “power off” without errors when the program is not installed, so it is similar to the original init scripts.
I am also trying to edit the init-system-helpers debian package so that it includes runit service check (when running the “service” or the “update-rc.d” commands on runit), but that will take a bit longer to do. This should make it easier for managing runit services with the well known “service <service-name> start/stop/restart/status” commands, or with “update-rc.d <service-name> defaults/remove” in the upcoming runit release, so it is also more compatible with installing packages from Debian (so that it disables/enables runit services if available during installation/removal).
