My Antix recycled laptop setup
Lappy pulled from recycle bin (just needs battery…)
Icewm with some tweaks to menu,theme,conky to my liking.
use transset to add transparency to taskbar
Added quickpick menu to taskbar (similar to personnel menu)
added light weather app to taskbar (curl wttr.in)

Well around here, if it doesn’t run win 10…..who knows…? Vista to 7 type stuff. People are wasteful and don’t know how to use linux.
Better for me. I have only bought 1 laptop back in 2005 and this one above is on the lower end of things I have.
I have a win10 lenovo laptop that just needed a reset to factory setup.

and olsztyn Volume icon is held in system Tray of tint2 panel showing at left of tint2 Clock. When running, The cmst, connman system tray network manager icon, will display adjacent to the volume icon in the tint2 system Tray.
Turned on cmst so you can see it.
cmst and volume in (S) system Tray, net launcher [P]ButtonPush that launches cmst, [C]clock, [P]the backlight-brightness or call ShowDesktop PushButton.

here is my build of antiX-19.3 64 bit runit-sid core

It is using wayland with sway and running foot as the
terminal and badwolf as a web browser. showing the antiX
forum and uploading from it.

Okay. Just installed today. Complete Antix newbie on an old 32 Bit HP. But here’s the final results for the evening. Am very pleased with the desktop so far. Only 84 Megs on startup!
