      A little more subdued & basic for now.

      IceWMTheme = antiX-Magic-Small
      GTK Theme = Adwaita Dark
      Icons = Kora
      Terminal = Alacritty
      Terminal Theme = 3024.dark

        @trashthrasher I tend to like nature and natural scenes; in recent years I’ve had many of them from woods, shoreline, grassy fields, or water.
        On my Chromebook, I have a picture of the Atlantic Ocean beach, with wild growth in the foreground, sandy beach in the middle, ocean water in the front and blue skies in the upper background; that’s a nice one directly from a picture that I took.

        On my antiX systems I’ll often have my own wallpaper from a waterfall and river near Corbin, Kentucky, about 25 miles north of the Kentucky / Tennessee border; it’s called the Cumberland Falls. I’ve had images from that area for many years and recently I found some higher res images of what they call a “Moonbow” near the waterfall and the river; very nice indeed, so I also appreciate the art work that you’ve been showing that fits in this “theme”.

          I got all of these (except for the retro 80’s one) from DT’s (DistroTube) pack & I really dig the nature ones in there. If I get out more this summer I’ll start making my own & posting them here.

            Cool! I may check them out, though I’m pretty happy with what I have now too. In any case, nice stuff and thanks again for sharing!

              hello rokytnji and everyone
              Visual annotation. Dim a document. The scrot1.7+ features of a dual selection
              use colors and images to fill correlating inner and outer boundaries.
              step one select outer margin; step two select inner boundary; shot taken.
              One of the scrot dual selection choices is Select Hole; it fills [dims,default style] the area betweeen inner and outer margin.
              <scrot -shole>
              Shown here added to the Region to Capture menu dialog antiXscreenshot as choice, Dim Surround.
              (is that breakfast? ,i joke. i guess the blur feature could be called focus? is that anti(?).)
              Take Screenshots.

              for –select=hole

                @rokytnji In the post #103652, you are using Icewm, in the taskbar you have only one network interface, can you tell me how you did it?
                I would like to remove the Interface eth0, I only use Wifi, in the IceWM setting I didn’t find a way to do so, I can only remove both.

                  @Lead Farmer:
                  That’s his re-purposed Chromebook.
                  (I have the same model with antiX, too.)
                  It doesn’t have Ethernet – only wifi. 🙂

                  Edit: Check the icewm preferences file. If my memory is correct, you can remove any of the monitors from there.

                    I didn’t know it show the network interface depending on the hardware.

                    The only option I find, you can show or remove both.

                      See if this works:
                      NetworkStatusDevice = "[ew]*"
                      List of network devices to be displayed in tray, space separated. Shell wildcard patterns can be used.

                        # Show network status on task bar
                        TaskBarShowNetStatus=1 # 0/1

                        Nope: that will disable also the Wi-fi indication, on the toolbar.
                        Probably this will do the trick:

                        NetStatusShowOnlyRunning=1

                          Yes, it did the trick, although I didn’t have this option in the preferences file.

                          Thank you!

                          Edit: I added screenshot
