Forum for users of antiX Linux. Mean and Lean and Proudly anti-fascist.
How to I install antix 17 onto VMWare Workstation so that I have desktop integration with Windows. I have tried installing several times, but when my mouse focus is in antix, I have to press CTRL-ALT to release the mouse into windows. Copy and paste between Windows and VMWare does not work at all.
When I plug in a USB, it is not detected by the virt and always goes to the host (no VMWare dialogue asking if I want to connect it to a virt). Under the VM menu, there are no USB devices that show up.
I tried following this youtube guide, but I get the same results.
Thanks for any insight anyone may have,
Jackson
I have no experience with VMWare. You can try searching how they do it for MX Linux, as you will find more results and the process may be very similar.
Maybe already made images may help:
