      Hi anti,
Was wondering why some entries never appear in real?

EDIT : seems deprecated and replaced by ds-mouse. Is it possible to clean-up transifex and remove entries not used anymore cause that’s a real headache? 😉

and last but not least is there a way to have access to source code?

Code for nearly all of the recent antiX -developed tools are available from (and searchable/browseable) github repositories.
        https://github.com/antix-linux/

        via googlesearch “antixccmouse site:github.com”
I was immediately able to locate https://github.com/antiX-Linux/mouse-cc-antix/blob/master/bin/antixccmouse.sh
Very convenient (easier than using github’s onsite search, IMO)

          Thanks Skidoo.

I should have made it more clear when I wrote my post. antixccmouse.sh seems not to be used anymore and has been replaced by ds-mouse since antiX 16.2 version (I think).
I have already roamed github repositories but ds-mouse is nowhere to been seen (and indeed github’s onsite search is really really light)

EDIT : Found it in desktop-session

@Dave so there is an inversion in the “button Order” drop-down box in mouse config gui between Left Hand and Right hand. I don’t know much about code but it seems you initialize the combo box with Left hand first so that the index is incorrectly assigned.

ds-mouse-antix can now be found on github

            ds-mouse-antix

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

              Can I ask for clarification?
Is it a problem with the defaults selection being wrong?
              or
Is it “left selection” is “right hand mode” and “right selection” is “left hand mode”?

The second one (and, thus, the first one, left hand is default when you open mouse config even though it is right hand settings). When one selects left hand mode, it’s right hand that is set.
                Hope it’s clearer (not sure…)

                  OK I see now thanks.
Should be updated on github where anticapitalista has linked to if you would like to test.
Otherwise it should show up as a deb update at some point.

Ok I think that will do the trick for this part.

Anyway I forgot to tell you about some strange behaviours. When you restore to defaults, close ds-mouse then reopen it, all values are set to 0 instead of initial values, sauch as 5 for acceleration. I will test it this evening and report but I suspect you’ll have to make further modifications.
