If you have installed antiXscreenshot2 you might notice that it is not any longer used as system default, even when still configured properly in the Alternatives (antiX Control Center, section „System”, Entry „Alternative Programs”, hopefully I did translate back to English correctly), where both, the original antiXscreenshot and the antiXscreenshot2 will have an entry named „screenshot” if antiXscreenshot2 was installed from its package.
The reason is, original antiXscreenshot still doesn’t make use of the alternative system to allow antiXscreenshot2 to coexist in antiX, and stubbornly overwrites the symbolic link /usr/local/bin/antixscreenshot.sh with its updated script file when its package gets updated by an apt system upgrade.
The fix is pretty easy:
open a console window (roxterm)
enter
sudo mv -f /usr/local/bin/antixscreenshot.sh /usr/local/bin/antixscreenshot
sudo ln -s /etc/alternatives/screenshot /usr/local/bin/antixscreenshot.sh
No need to change settings of Alternatives in Control center after this, if antiXscreenshot2 has worked before the system update properly. In this case only perform the action displayed in Roxterm window:

After this everything should be back to normal, and whatever version of the antiXscreenshot program you have set in control center as default will come up again when pressing the Screenshot or Print key on keyboard or use the menu entry „Screenshot” in antiX main menu „Programs → Graphics”. No need to reinstall antiXscreenshot2 package anew to make it work again.
Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
