Good evening,
Does it exist a sort of list or small document on Antix which describes the main applications like “Cherry Tree”, “leafpad”,” Space FM” etc…?
Thank you

SEE ALSO
The original documentation can be found in /usr/share/doc/icewm-common/To keep my reply short. try
cd /usr/share/doc
Then use
ls
to see what is there.
Then use
cat jwm
or “cat” command on whatever is on that list that tickles your fancy.

iceWM, fluxbox, JWM: menu entries are nearly identical across these menus
Rox:
If you choose a session which uses rox or spacefm (to manage desktop icons), the content of their respective right-click-on-desktop menus are different from the other ( iceWM, fluxbox, JWM) menus.list or small document on Antix which describes the main applications
a comprehensive list of pre-installed packages: /home/installed-packages.txt
This “list” has a tabular format: a terse description of each item in the list. It covers ALL packages (not just GUI applications exposed via menu entries). If you search within synaptic package manager for a given program name (e.g. “cherrytree”), you’ll find a slightly longer description, plus a link (url) pointing to the homepage of its project.
