      What to do with this?

      sudo apt update

      I could not post this earlier while using my wifi. Got this message:
      Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network.
      So I connected to my mobile hotspot and was able to post.

        Hi kaye, first please check that your system time and date are ok. Then using the control center
        tool in tab programmes change your repos and try to update again.

        Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. comes from site protection, is a pain in the rear,
        happens to me very often.
