::Like Robin said there must be a problem with your sources or the bullseye repo has been enabled before.
Please post complete output

::Sorry for the long delay, your repos are fine. Nevertheless the python3 version of bullseye is installed on your buster system.
So bullseye repos must have been added at one time.I guess there’s a reason for python3 bullseye and other installed packages, very probably also from bullseye, depend on it and it will not help to try to downgrade python3.The -s runs it as a simulation
sudo apt-get install --reinstall python3=3.7.3-1 -sThis might gives a clue how much and what is installed from bullseye on your system
apt list --installed | fgrep bullseye
or if it’s might bullseye backports
apt list --installed | fgrep backportsApril 11, 2023 at 10:35 pm #104560Member

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python3 : PreDepends: python3-minimal (= 3.7.3-1) but 3.9.2-3 is to be installed
Depends: python3.7 (>= 3.7.3-1~) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libpython3-stdlib (= 3.7.3-1) but 3.9.2-3 is to be installed

=> nothing showed up
apt list –installed | fgrep backports
=> quite a few show up – all buster, but no python
