      Hi,

Hope someone would have a clue on how to fix this error, First of all, installation and execution of XMind8 isn’t working properly secondly every time I open the Rox terminal message display bash: /home/Selenite/xmind/XMind_i386/XMind: No such file or directory Selenite

Any suggestions or tips on how to fix the error?

      Thanks

Unless you give us more details about the antiX version and on what hardware and how you installed that programme, no one will be able to help you.

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

xmind8 is indeed free; the newer xmind2020 version(s) are commercial.
FWIW, I recall reading on the MX forum that dolphin_oracle uses (or maybe used, past tense) xmind8.

k9link, you would be well-served by a CAREFUL re-reading of the installation instructions.
At this point, you probably need to edit an xmind config file, set a correct path other than /home/Selenite/xmind/XMind_i386/XMind
(We don’t know what installation steps you performed, nor why the /home/Selenite/xmind/XMind_i386/XMind directory is expected to exist.)

In every forum we go to there is at least one member mobbing new users, we (Moddit is plural,) are thinking there is a pattern in this
From management of the dominating os came: we are going to embrace open source, in a hug of death. Linux is a scourge we have to destroy the community, that is their weakness.. A lot more similar as well as the idiots give us code for free.
Is this screenshot specialist person just an antisocial ego a mile high and still growing or part of a team making new users so pissed off they think of the community as a bunch of sectarian dimwits who make fun of their comments, suggestions or help requests..
                  [..]

Idiotic mobbers and brainless remarks are not at all helpful.

Thanks to the persons with constructive posts.

a websearch “linux xmind8 debian” led me here:
                    https://www.xmind.net/m/PuDC/

Also, visiting youtube.com and searching “xmind install debian” shows several tutorials are available.
