Hi again!
I know I had Dropbox running under antiX ages ago, before I got distracted by academic stuff the last couple of years.
But I forgot how if there were any special tricks to making it work in antiX.
Can anyone tell me how to set up Dropbox on antiX then?
Hopefully it’s easy-peasy. I just want to make sure I don’t mess it up, of course.
Thanks (again) in advance, all…

::If I remember correctly I used the headless install method. This avoided a lot of gnome/nautilus stuff getting installed.

::Just install this package: nautilus-dropbox
(This will not add nautilus, so don’t worry.)
Works perfectly.confirmed antiX frugaler, since 2019

::But note: this will install & set up dropbox but NOT enable it to autostart. If you like it to autostart (I don’t — but if YOU do), follow this thread:

Thanks for that! I knew there was some way I did it before.
I also kind of forgot about that work around I found to autostart Dropbox in antiX.
That was, like, eons ago!
Well, okay, less than 18 months ago.
But enough for me to forget!
Must be memory loss. Either that, or it’s memory loss! 😀Anyway, thanks for the help!
