::Sometimes, less is more: I choose to simply close any previously open window with exactly the same title, if one was already running- simple and efficient way to allow only one instance of the script…I think that this can be the “final” version.
EDIT: nope, I recommend v. 6.1The code to enable only one instance of the window (by closing the previous one), for anyone curious (this may come in handy for anyone creating scripts, just change the variable window_title to match the title of your window):
###Don't allow more than one instance: window_title=$"Toolbar Icon Manager" wmctrl -l|awk '{$3=""; $2=""; $1=""; print $0}' > /tmp/window_list check=$(cat /tmp/window_list | grep "$window_title"$) ###the $ on the end makes sure that the window name ends in $window_title if [ -n "$check" ]; then # $window_title was found on the window list, so it is running, close the old instance, to keep only the latest one wmctrl -c "$window_title" fiP.

::After further testing: do not use this previous scripts, that try to allow only one instance of the window- stick with v.61
Let users open several intances of the script, if they want to… I won’t debug this scripts any more, unless bugs are found…P.

::I haven’t been on a computer much today, but I think the word here is to “Hold still”, so I will.
I’ll wait a day or two before trying a script; I’m actually reading some of these messages from a different distro anyway, plus I was visiting nearby family relatives today.--

::Hello PPC.
In one of your recent show threads, we talked about button translations. You had asked me if the buttons are translated or not in the TIM of antiX 22 started with the language “pt_BR”, the answer is “Yes”.

unzipped and it works fine. As stated, it appears to be a small fix.I have copies of the IceWM Toolbar Icon Manager tool, the antiX-workspace-manager, the icewm-quick-personal-menu-manager, and a quick experiment, the mini-antiX-help.bash, which I have set up to write the note and update the system. Each of these handy tools appears to work as they were described at the time they were shared. In my case I have my own ~/bin directory where I keep self-maintained scripts that others have shared or I’ve written myself or modified for personal use. Several of these tools are useful and handy.
