Given that the #1 system on the list is Debian, you ought to be able to build a blackbox based system from antiX – and if you have an aversion to the other alternative window managers, get rid of them once you are certain that blackbox works sufficiently well to suit your exclusive needs. My suggestion though would be to simply add blackbox to an existing system, try it out and see if it meets your needs. Any Debian-based system ought to allow you to do this.

::I’m using blackbox, and I opened the Rox file manager within the blackbox window manager to show me my folders. I have a firefox-nightly folder beneath my home directory. I opened it and started up today’s instance of Firefox Nightly 63.0a1 and it works fine.
This is not necessarily to suggest that you have to run Firefox Nightly too, though you can if you wish. The point is that I added blackbox and was able to logout of the previous configuration I was using, login instead using blackbox, and I was able to continue doing the things I had been previously doing.I do not think that the blackbox menu configuration is picking up 100% of the applications installed on the system, but if you know where every application you use is located and you are intimately familiar with blackbox, you can update and add whatever you wish to the menu configuration that is used.
FYI, http://www.xwinman.org/blackbox.php is a site that has information about blackbox (and other URLs at http://www.xwinman.org give information about other window managers as well).
