The only bad thing about antiX is the forum software.

Second time today I get shit from the crappy forum software…
I wrote a howto for enabling DRM content in Librewolf. unable to post it.

actualy A potentially unsafe operation message is ironic as enabling drm does
      comprimise privacy.

ModdIt, this message is identical to the one I often receive, that’s why BoBC doesn’t show up in the spam box, because the message can’t be sent.

          – – – – –

ModdIt, esta mensagem é idêntica a que recebo com frequência, é por isso BoBC que não aparece na caixa de spam, porque não é possível enviar a mensagem.

I suspect you would be able to post the information if it were done in a different manner, but without seeing what exactly you are trying to post, I wouldn’t want to give suggestions. Maybe save the offensive part to a .txt file and attach it?

              Hello ModdIt,
I ran into exactly this very issue also some time ago. You can work around it easily when posting some placeholder content under the desired headline in a first step. Then edit the post, and paste the first half of your text, see if it is accepted when you try to submit. If so, reedit your posting again, and add a second half of your text. If one of the halves is rejected again, try smaller chunks for submission. Repeat this procedure until you’ve caught the culprit, it’s most probably a simple character combination you would never have guessed, but the automatic filter software considers it as potentially dangerous, since it has some meaning in html code or in a script language used for “active” content. Somewhere in the board still may live the broken pieces of my desperate attempts before I had learned to work around this issue properly.
              Good luck!
              Many greetings
              Robin

                Hi Robin,
I tried a lot of things before giving up.
The problem is the LibreWolf config lines, I could have added the comments
without the leading backslashes which mark them but that seemed pointless.
The config lines can be considered active in the sense that they are read and used by
                the browser.

I posted with a description of what to do in the end. Hopefully understandable.

I really hate working with, for, or around moronic software, reason I left windoze and
very quickly got fed up of the potterings work. Lunatic depends and waiting minutes for
the start job is running to dissapear and let me login. Shutdowns just as bad.

Training software or equipping it with filter rules, claimed malicious IP adresses etc is a big job
where a lot of mistakes can and do happen. Wordfence dashboard claims 60% efficiency for the free
version. Means at least 40% wrong decisions. That is a hell of a lot considering how many sites it
is claimed to be used on.

I get blocked from forum login quite often, one sure reason is my IP adress, it is an
exit point from a major cable network and shared with thousands of other users.

Big issue because training a KI or rules based system either costs money, big money.

or you think up a fascinating system like google recaptcha.

Note how often you have to mark fire hydrants, cyclists or buses and traffic lights.
Look at the accident statistics for automatic driving tesla in USA. The cars ignore traffic
lights crash in to buses and smash in to hydrants while parking.

I am convinced recaptcha is training/improving a KI for googlees self driving cars project. For free.
And probably offering support to Mr M. For a few million USD.

Recaptcha: Probably also measuring user intelligence, visual acuity, object recognition and frustration
                tolerance on top.
