I think, for anyone to help you, we’ll need more information from you.
Is this a live usb? An installed system? Did it boot to desktop previously? Did you make any changes (that is, any software additions/removals)? Give as much detail as possible, and maybe someone can help you…

My previous post was contents more details but the wordpress filter has block it, and wrote it again and it’s block it, sorry for not providing details.

So this is my first time booting with it,
and I’m still not able to install it.

I have tried to boot with modern and legacy kernels but both are stucks there, also I tried different boot method safe boot and failboot and it’s resulting in same message.

I’m using the latest version 22 amd64 full edition.

Welcome to antiX Linux and the forum.

I don’t know how to write in English and I send my texts translated by the internet translator. I hope you can understand everything, if your native language is not English, please translate my original Brazilian Portuguese text directly into your language with the help of internet translators.

When you’re able to boot antiX and install it to your hard drive, read the excellent tutorials created by @PPC that I’ve linked at the end of this post.

If you can’t boot official antiX in graphical mode, try with ISO Remastering antiX 21 Full 32 and 64-bit with Kernel 4.4.0-296.

If it works with this ISO, don’t forget to read the tutorials and important tips:

When I first started using antiX, I read the tutorials that PPC created, these readings saved me a lot of time and I think it saves time for any new antiX user. Your time will not be wasted with these readings, everything will seem to be much easier than you could imagine. You won’t waste your time searching the internet or even creating new topics, on the contrary, you will gain a lot of time with these readings.I recommend you try out desktops that have “zzz” in their name. I usually use zzz-IceWM or zzz-JWM or zzz-Fluxbox (each of these desktops has its own characteristics and consumes more or less resources), zzzFM will be the default file manager for your desktop, it it is very similar to the other file managers of other GNU/Linux distributions and Windows XP. To access other antiX workspaces, click on Menu, Desktop, Other Desktops and click on the workspace name, instantly the workspace will be loaded.

Whenever you need to ask for help or technical support in this forum, please explain in detail what is happening, don’t mince words, be thorough when writing, tell your computer characteristics such as make and model. If possible, post the result of the command $ inxi -Fxz from the terminal, copy and paste here in the message of the topic that you are going to create in this forum.
When you start a topic or participate with a post, remember to check the option “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”, by checking this option, you will receive a message in your email box whenever there are replies from topic in question.

Quando eu comecei a utilizar o antiX, eu li os tutoriais que o PPC criou, estas leituras me pouparam muito do meu tempo e acho que poupa o tempo de qualquer novo usuário do antiX. O seu tempo não será perdido com estas leituras, tudo parecerá ser muito mais fácil do que você poderia imaginar. Você não perderá o seu tempo com pesquisas na internet ou até mesmo em criar novos tópicos, ao contrário, você ganhará muito tempo com estas leituras.Eu recomendo você experimentar as áreas de trabalho que possuem “zzz” em seu nome. Eu costumo utilizar o zzz-IceWM ou zzz-JWM ou zzz-Fluxbox (cada uma destas áreas de trabalho possuem características próprias e consomem mais ou menos recursos), o zzzFM será o gerenciador de arquivos padrão da sua área de trabalho, ele é muito semelhante aos outros gerenciadores de arquivos das outras distribuições GNU/Linux e do Windows XP. Actually i have come from Xubuntu 18
I was looking for a light linux distro with support of glibc 2.36 and i found this distro

maybe i can solve this by sudo apt install libpng16
but it’s hard to get my computer connected to internet.

I have read the releases pages, some other posts on the forum and that was before i decied to start this topic,

from reading the 22 release page I assume that i need to retrive version 21 and then upgrade it to 22 but that’s will be much size to download.

So at least i make sure that to retrive the full version of 22, but now i ended with this error.

P/S: This problem are occurs while I’m trying to live boot from usb i still didn’t install anything this is my first time booting with it, also i tried to not mention the distro name because i think it’s a blocked word by wordpress filter.

How did you get the iso onto the usb device?
Are you sure the downloaded iso file is ok?

I usually use wget -c < iso url goes here > because my isp can be flaky
Then to be sure I md5sum check things to make sure everything is kosher.
I mention this because of the slimski fail in your screenshot.

My way seems to work pretty good because I typing on my antiX 22 Full 64 bit install on my chromebook and the same usb drive worked great on my Intel NUC Desktop.

While I’m jaw jacking. How are you making these bootable usb drives. In xubuntu. I would use belena etcher. belena etcher even burned a chromebook recovery image to usb that boot and re-installed chromeos to a marginal chromebook I have.

I have get the iso from torrent mirror and i make sure that it’s correct by de-ompressing the iso file with rar,

The binary are original i haven’t made any modification to it.

Now I’m going to check the binary checksum.

I have check the binary hash using certutil and unfortunately it’s was mismatched.

I’m sorry but I was just trying to avoid wasting 1GB of download because it’s difficult for me to download 1GB file.

I was thinking how a file from torrent can get corrupted so i have checked the file again.

I have manaully re-checked by removing and adding the torrent file again. After the check completed it’s was stucked there at 99.9% x).
Then finally after all the download has been completed and i have finally boot with antiX full edition voila !!!

I think that’s explains why i was able to extract the iso image without any errors.

End of story
