LegacyOS_2023 is based on antiX21/22 (bullseye). Which kernel do you use there?
It should be possible to pair the headphone because LegacyOS_2023 has an audioserver (pulseaudio) installed.

While trying to solve a bluetooth problem of my own, I just noticed that bluez can sometimes output messages to the console, which you can view by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1. So try checking there after an unsuccessful devices search to see if maybe there was some error message.

Get back to your graphical session by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F5 (at least I think that’s the default, but it can be a different F-key depending on how many getty consoles you have configured).
