Hi. I recently downloaded the .deb file for Citrix Receiver from the Citrix website. I installed it using Gdebi. After logging in to my jobs website, Citrix Receiver crashes. I’ve tried it a number of times and get the same result. It does not give me any kind of error. I’ve pasted my system info below. I setup the system as Testing when I installed it. Has anybody seen this problem?

If may be looking for a dependency, try running it from a command line, if it is it will tell you there.

fatmac, thanks for the response. Sorry it has taken a while for me to respond. I tried starting Citrix Receiver via terminal. It did not start and gave me this message:

selfservice is unable to find a compatible webkit library and will now exit.

            Could you try

             sudo apt-get -f install

            `

Hi caprea. It looks like you stay busy on the forum. Below is what I get when I run the command. Thanks again for your help.

It seems citrix missed to put it as a dependency for “receiver for linux web client”
                Please try

                sudo apt-get install libwebkitgtk-1.0-0

                This should help.
