Two very filthy desktop devices from a friend cleaned already this year.
One had been in a repair shop which fitted a new NVME and charged a high price but left the filth.
      Result CPU Overheating.

Couple of good and somewhat humerous howto examples in video links attached below.

Please note, unlike in most videos and some posts I have seen the repair person demonstrates proper and thorough cleaning
methods. Removes dirt dust lint nicotine.
Relubes cooling fan and replaces CPU as well as GPU heat transfer compound.

Please use non conductive compound if you DIY.

Should you follow the video and open a PSU, before doing so leave it a few days and ensure to discharge the large capacitors
completely using an insulated tool across the solder points.

Be VERY careful, High voltage will discharge through all but dry special insulating gloves.. And kill in an instant.
A TV repairman used to devices with CRT or a serious repair shop is a safer bet.

Remember a new PSU is cheaper than a funeral, less tragic too.

Isopropanol and distilled water with a single drop of dishwashing soap in 0,5 liter is a good cleaner.
For screens you can use distilled water with a small addition of spirit vinegar or acetic acid on a micro fiber cloth.
Be gentle. Some eyeglass wipes will damage screen coating. Do not let liquid run below screen bezel, you may otherwise
cause damage, sometimes non repairable especialy if the screen is powered on while edge contacts are moist..
Please do not use coffee filters for screen cleaning, often recommended but the material is too abrasive.

in SM Tube you only need the video id shown after = i.e. rTOOID1Q2i8 or 5W07i-V_MVE
