Good evening,
I recently switched from ROX to zzz icw
after the first boot I think conky didn’t even show up.If I use the menu entry to show conky I have to click it multiple times, and once it appears it stays as long as I don’t click the mouse somewhere.
Never had that issue in ROX, i bet I messed something up again. But no clue what it could be.
THX 🙂
EDIT:
It only disappears if I click the desktop. If I click on the taskbar, it stays visable.
I only have to click twice on the on/off menu entry, hence I think its still running but not visable on the desktop.- This topic was modified 5 months, 2 weeks ago by argonaut459.

::That’s the search for the forum software.
You need to search in the forum posts. Up near the top on the left side pull down the Forum menu and click Search.
And yes, you could use a browser search engine to search if you wanted.

You didn’t mention which version of antiX you’re running. I’ve got 2 installations going right now; one is v19.4, and the other is v21. In v19.4, I’ve had endless problems ever since there was an “update” of Icewm. IMO, the developers screwed it up. But, antiX v21 had no problems that I’m aware of.
I’ve been trying to set up a v22 installation, but I can’t get it to allow VeraCrypt.

::Was writing a post with the current inxi attached before I started this thread.
It’s AntiX 21.
I yet haven’t look into anything related to it.

As I’m waiting till the USB Stick is finally willing to write the new MX Update to its storage, I thougt I give it a try.
