Hi! I have tried searching for this issue but to no avail. I have Antix 22 installed on both a 32 bit and a 64 bit machine. For over a month, something strange has been happening. When the computer boots up or the session is restarted, Conky is there on the right hand side of the screen as it should be. If I click anywhere on my screen, however, Conky completely disappears.
If I turn Conky off and then on again via menu/desktop/conky on/off, Conky reappears until I click anywhere on the the screen and then Conky disappears all over again.
This strange behavior is on both 32 bit (desktop) and 64 bit (laptop) installation
Any ideas?

::I guess you probably know you didn’t provide enough info to be able to figure it out. The key points are,
what exact version are you running?
>>>>>>>> did you run the antiX updater to be sure its up to date? <<<<<<<
what desktop combo are you running?
did you add or remove any packages or applications?
did you change any configuration files? You might try reading post on how to get help, also. Only the first post, LOL, not all the discussion after it.
Once the above is covered, try adding a new user, and then logout and login as that new user and see if they have the same problem.
I think I recall a problem with IceWM and conky that was fixed about a month ago…

::Yes, I think ile provided the right link.
Did you try Forum >> Search in the browser here and look for conky? I bet that one would come up there…

::Thank you so much! The link worked for my 32 bit machine. I will try it on the 64 bit machine tonight after work and change the heading to [SOLVED] if it works. In the future, I will provide the information BobC suggested. Sorry about that!
