connection to android phone via sms not working

Hi,
I have two different mobiles with two different android versions (lineageos and grapheneos). Same configurations. Same steps to connect the mobile to my antix computer.

If I connect the one with lineageos I can browse its storage without any issue.

Today I have got a mobile with a brand new grapheneos installation and “Android Device USB Connect” does not work: after seconds I launch it a pop up comes out

Please check that you have ALLOWED access to your files on your android device in orderto procced (<- typo)

Note: if you did not allow access, simply unplug, allow permission, and plug in your device's USB cable once more . RETRY

I have tried many times and of course my grapheneos mobile has allowed the access.

Please, how could help me to debug this issue?
Any way to get any sort of log from the antix station?

On my huawei MIA-L11, last year I solved the same problem by enabling the debug on the phone.
That was an hidden possibility.
I found out how to do that with a simple research on google

In the “Developer Options” enable the “USB Debugging” option, when you connect the phone to the USB port, look for the “File Sharing” option, then use the “Connect Android Devices via USB” menu.

It is ironic that Graphenes developers recommend disabling “Developer Options”, you had to enable this option on Android to install the new Graphenes OS on your phone.

Na “Opções de Desenvolvedores” ative a opção “Depuração USB”, quando você conectar o telefone na porta USB procure a opção “Compartilhamento de Arquivos”, depois utilize o menu “Conexão de Dispositivos Android via USB”.

É irônico os desenvolvedores de Grafenos recomendarem desativar as “Opções do Desenvolvedor”, você precisou ativar esta opção no Android para instalar o novo sistema operacional Grafenos no seu telefone.
