how to connect when the wifi is hidden ?

Connman system try,
wifi on
wireless: select my hidden wifi and put my password
details:Configuration put my manul ipv4
connect: 0k
when my ssid is hidden is not possible to connectanticapitalista

the dhcp is disabled in my router.
Is possible ,to connect ,when the wifi is hidden ,only if i open a terminal and put:
iwlist wlan0 scan essid “my wifi”.
Then connman find 2 wifi, 1 hidden and my.Connect to my service and then go online.
If the essid is hidden ,is not possible to connect.anticapitalista
