      Hello
Is there a way to adjust the default window size of connman? Every time I start my Lenovo ThinkPad conmann opens a window with the button part hidden because of the small screen.

In any case as I work often without being connected to the Internet it would be great to simply not being disrupted with any Network connection issues at start-up.

      kind regards Martin

        Comment these lines in ~/.desktop-session/startup

        ## Only use ONE (or neither)
        ## Simple script to check for connectivity (NCA).
        ## If no network connection is detected, activate wi-fi networks, open connman and go straight to the wi-fi connections tab.
        #network-check-antix &
        ## OR More comples tool (NCR) that provides on screen info while waiting for a network connection to be established.
        ## NRS reports in both GUI and non-GUI environments.
        #network-readiness-state &

        ## Puts connman gui monitor icon on the taskbar
        #cmst -m &

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

I think this is in response to:

          Is there any remedy to:

I think this happens also on mid-size (such as 1440×900) screens…

            Hi drumanart,

When I click Connman in the Control Centre|Network, the window comes up without a title bar and I cannot move it around. If I next click “Minimize” (Alt-n) and then go to the Control Centre|Network and click Connman again, it comes up with a smaller window with a title bar, and I’m able to move the window. I use icewm.

            Sincerely,
            Lars.

              In .icewm/winoptions add:

              cmst.geometry: 1180×1080+370+0

              (width x height + xoffset + yoffset)

              or
              cmst.startFullscreen: 1

              or
              cmst.startMaximized: 1

                Thnaks for helping

Marking this #network-readiness-state & stopped opening the window (in ~/.desktop-session/startup)

cmst.geometry: 1180×1080+370+0 added in /home/drumanart/.icewm/winoptions want make any difference.

                $ locate winoption
                /etc/skel/.icewm/winoptions
                /home/drumanart/.icewm/winoptions
                /usr/share/doc/icewm-common/html/icewm-winoptions.5.html
                /usr/share/icewm/winoptions
                /usr/share/man/man5/icewm-winoptions.5.gz

                kindly Martin

While keeping the [Alt] key pressed, you can drag windows with the left or resize them with the right mouse button.
