According to the current release page (found by navigating to the Debian 11 Bullseye references):
Debian “bullseye” Release Information
Debian 11.4 was released on July 9th, 2022. Debian 11.0 was initially released on August 14th, 2021.
A date has not been officially set for the next Debian release, but we do know that it will be the third recent Debian release beginning with the letter “B” – 10 Buster, 11 Bullseye, 12 Bookworm!
