That is true for antiX-19 ONLY.
antiX-19.1, 19.2 and 19.3 include ceni.
* ceni network manager included, but connman is default
Just so that it is abundantly clear, antiX 19 did not represent the first or only time that Ceni was available as a network manager and there have also been other distributions that have used Ceni in the past.
Ceni was originally written well over a decade ago and was independently make available to a few Debian-based distributions originally.
