I meant it as a reference for translating.
Also, there is a Name[en] option in the .desktop, which I used for antix wifi switch as many users didn’t understand what this “switch” meant. It doesn’t require any more editing than that. I understand that for these programs that have a long history it is not ideal to change the name, as there are many videos and tutorials in English for them. At least I hoped it would be clear for the other users, and more for the translators.

Xecure, I understand your explanations ( May 14, 2021), complemented Skidoo’s explanations. I understood and your intention was for non-English speakers and translators. I believe that Wallon will have more information to make good translation adaptations. My thanks for your explanations.

I have mentioned before that I will only accept transitions from antiX transifex, not from git nor anywhere else.

Now, I totally didn’t understand … If everything will be concentrated on the transifex site (which makes it easy for all translators), then when will they be added in “antix-all-desktop-entries_entxt” or “make-wm-menuspot” all the menus (Name and Coment) that are on GitLab and that are not on the transifex site? List in the topic https://www.antixforum.com/forums/topic/list-of-antix-programs-that-are-yet-to-be-translated/.

Xecure, rest … I am sad to know that all the work done in several days and in several hours by Zeh, Luck Dia and other participants of the unofficial Telegram MX Linux BR group and me, to build the texts in “pt-BR” will not be implemented in antiX.

@anticapitalista, when will I be able to insert these texts on the transifex site that I voluntarily work on revising translations?

This review work we did cannot be missed … This is not fair. We want the translated antiX, we work voluntarily for a better antiX every day. Agora eu fiquei totalmente sem entender… Se será concentrado tudo no sítio transifex (o que facilita para todos os tradutores), então quando serão acrescentados no “antix-all-desktop-entries_entxt” ou no “make-wm-menuspot” todas os menus (Name e Coment) que estão no GitLab e que não estão no sítio transifex? Marcelo and Wallon were referring to translations made in antix-development transifex were not being reflected in the newest versions of programs, so I was offering to get them and make git merge requests to the antix git projects, as I already did previously for the pt_BR translations a month or two ago. We would never fork translation work of official antiX apps without permission.

The texts are ready for each “.desktop” file and are with @Xecure.

I thought they were, as you mentioned first, in antix-all-desktop-entries_entxt in antix-development transifex. I will now check and add them there if you didn’t already.

@Marcelocripe. Please talk with Zeh to unblock the Portuguese translations in transifex. I added the translations you sent me as sugestions, but it is better that you get Zeh to unlock them and add them there too.

Zeh blocks pt translations. It does not block pt-BR.

Hopefully all the revised texts pt and pt-BR will be in the updates and new ISOs of antiX 19.4 and antiX 21.

I hope the anti-capitalist will see the list above and use all the texts.

Dear All,

The submenus have been updated in the French version of Antix 19.3 64bits Full. Now it is well written in French, “installer la persitance” and “configurer la persitance”.
On behalf of the whole French community, I thank you for the update of the *.desktop files.
For translators like me, the only reward is to see our translations applied in the programs.
I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us and continues to do so in the development of Antix.

Well, guys, I’ve said before that I don’t block anything in the sense it seems to me you’re thinking. Either I’m missing something here or you guys are.
I’ve reviewed many strings (hence they can only be edited by a reviewer or coordinator), which means they’re supposed to be ready to be used in the system. I’ve just checked on the all-desktop-entries resource the ones at stake about Persistence and they are ready to be included in the system.
