an app to emule install a .cue image CD as a virtual drive

This is for .cue sheets generally. Don’t know whether it will work for your special emule use case. Moreover it is up to you to make sure to obtain only legally provided CD/DVD-images from the emule file sharing service.

In any case you need the bin file belonging to the cue sheet. In regular cases you can simply mount the bin file directly to a mount point, fuseiso is already installed in antiX (full):

        fuseiso -p imagefile.bin /path/to/your/mountpoint

If the image file contains something besides the ISO9660 file system (or you explicitly need to mount the file using the additional cue sheet) you may need to use a more specialised tool.

There is a package cdemu-client in the debian-multimedia repos. Maybe that package works on antiX. Consider its dependency cdemu-daemon you have to install along with it.

Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.
