      Salut! I’m new here in this forum and also on antiX world. I’ve just recently installed it on my Asus Eeepc SERIES 900.
      First I would like to thank the developers of this Distro. Its very fast, light and well thought! I’m impressed 🙂 Also, good choices on the political names on the releases!

      Now I would like to ask you, is there an easy way to encrypt your partitions during installation on antiX?
      If not, do you mind to elaborate on why there isn’t support for this?

        not during install. at this time you can use cryptsetup (preinstalled) to encrypt a data store but we do not have FDE at this time. Its on the list.

        as to why its not included…because we haven’t added it yet.

        But…

        antiX supports encrypted liveUSB creation through the live-usb-maker utility.

          It will be great to have the option to encrypt during the install process!
