      Summary:
The /etc/iso-snapshot.conf has an option to enable editing the grub menu and provides the opportunity to edit the filesystem. At this time, both ‘iso-snapshot-cli’ and ‘iso-snapshot -c’ require the use of a GUI text editor, the default being leafpad, thus, both require xorg as well.

      Request:
I am requesting both ‘iso-snapshot-cli’ and ‘iso-snapshot -c’ support using a terminal text editor which removes the dependency on xorg and permits the use of the iso-snapshot/-cli menu feature on antix-core.

      What have I tried?
Using antiX 22 core with updates as of January 6th.
With iso-snapshot -c, updating the GUI text editor value with nano or vim in iso-snapshot.conf results in the editor spawning but “Processing command..” is displayed and supported exit functions do not work. I am forced to exit using ctrl+c. Menu feature works without issue in xorg with leafpad.
With iso-snapshot-cli 0.4.06, the menu option did not pause in a tty or xorg with any editor including leafpad.

      Thank you for your consideration.
