When I try to update my system I get an error.
Today I did it from smxi and it shows error 100.
It seems to be looking at the Release repository and can’t find it.
      How can I solve this?

        Hi,

how did you setup the repository ‘http://ftp.es.debian.org bullseye-security’ (file ‘debian.list’, or perhaps ‘bullseye.list’, in ‘/etc/apt/sources.list.d/’)?
Manually or did you use tools available in antiX control centre?
Was there any recent update with the same setting successful in the past?

If yes to the last question, then it could be some maintenance problem that should go away.
Still, I believe the repository is not set correctly.

If you open the link http://ftp.es.debian.org/debian/dists/, you will find out that there is no ‘security’ repository present.
I believe this is the cause for

        404 Not Found [IP: 130.89.148.12 80]

        404 = HTTP(S) status code = Not found (see e.g. https://www.tutorialspoint.com/http/http_status_codes.htm)

        I suggest that you
        A) Look at https://www.debian.org/security/ for more information about setting up the security repository or
        B) search the internet using the following keywords:
Debian "The repository" "security" "does not have a Release file."
This will provide information to fix it.

I used the Antix tools. I did not do anything manually.
I found this. Would it be safe to use the same solution in AntiX?
          https://serverfault.com/questions/1074688/security-debian-org-does-not-have-a-release-file-on-with-debian-docker-images

I was able to fix this by changing this line:

          deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stable/updates main

          to

          deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stable-security/updates main

You can do that by running:

          sed -i ‘s/stable\/updates/stable-security\/updates/’ /etc/apt/sources.list

            Hi,

Debian repository list in my installation contains ‘secure’ in the following not commented line:
            deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye-security main contrib non-free
            Bullseye is current Debian stable.
This is according to the advice posted on https://www.debian.org/security/ .
Thus I believe that ‘http://ftp.es.debian.org’ should be replaced with ‘http://security.debian.org/debian-security’ in your case.

I changed it to the same repository you have and 16 files have been updated.

I hope it doesn’t give any more problems.

              Thank you!

              deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye-security main contrib non-free
