Hi all. I’m a new AntiX user, coming from MX. I plugged in a USB drive and later after unmounting it, I happened to check dmesg and saw this message.
utf8 is not a recommended IO charset for FAT filesystems, filesystem will be case sensitive!
How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.
Just found this.
So is it safe to ignore the warning, keeping FAT32 filename restrictions in mind?
Right. Just follow the warnings/recommendations in that earlier post.
confirmed antiX frugaler, since 2019
