This is sort of silly, but in antiX 19 (icewm) the Exit Session window, accessed by “Logout” in the menu, or by “ctrl+alt+k” using the keyboard shortcut suggested by BobC, can be navigated using the arrow keys. The top left is highlighted by default. So hitting “ctrl+alt+k”, down down enter will reboot the computer.
In antiX 21, the same key combination will shut down the computer because the selection seems to “jump” over to the right column with the first key press of the down arrow.
I’ve got antiX 21 on two computers and its the same behavior on both of them.
The way it behaves in antiX 19 is sane. Anyone got any idea why its different in 21?
(obviously a super silly, insignificant thing. But it messes with my muscle memory.)
locate desktop-session-exit.py
compare the script in antix19 vs. the same name script in antix21. The code seems to use the same ordering to pack the buttons into the gui, but the newer script is ?gtk3. Hacking the script to insert a gtk_container_set_focus_chain() call might achieve whatever tab order you prefer for the buttons.
