      Hello Community,

About a year ago I found the way of changing file manager from standard, to what I have on the screenshot below. I haven’t been using my personal laptop for a while and now, installing antiX on a friend’s laptop, I cannot find how to change file manager to what I have on my system.

I think I was playing with gnome at that time but I definitely don’t remember. You may know how to do it. I appreciate your responses

Click on that file-manager’s Help button.
It should tell you the name of the program.

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

It seems like spacefm or zzzfm.
To get that exact look: launch spacefm/zzzfm > click the “View” menu > “Panel 1 view” (it’s the menu entry with the gears icon) > Make sure that only the “Tree” option is checked

          P.

how to change file manager to what I have on my system.

At the login screen, choose “ice+zzzzzzfm” session.
Also to change the “default” file manager, open controlcenter and use “desktop-defaults” to select
