Just installed antiX 19.1 works great until I enable the firewall then I can’t access the internet, I’ve looked at the posts in the forums and to be honest most of it is over my head. If someone could break it down into simpler terms that would be great or do I even need the firewall at all.
Thanks.
NB: It seems that there is still an issue with 4.9 kernels and ufw.
If you need to use ufw, upgrade kernel to 4.19.83 or 5.2.21

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.
antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.
Thanks for the quick response, when the new update came out I update to 4.9.200 on 17.4 (32bit)and had no problems. 19.1 (32bit) has the same kernel built in already so I thought we’re good to go, no problem will update as advised. Again thanks for the quick response.
