      Hi,

I installed the fpc-3.0.4 packages to create simple command line tools with pascal.
When I run a program, I get an error message Fatal: Can’t find unit System.
I think this is a configuration issue in one of the packages.
I have used fp before and never had issues.

      Regards,

      Marcel

I used your error message and version number at Debian forums. No hits.

            Thanks for the help.
The solution suggested on the lazarus forum doesn’t solve the problem with the fpc-3.0.4 package.
I don’t want to download from github and compile fpc/lazarus every time when there is a new update.
If I find a solution/work-around I will post the fix.
