It seems as though some people are having trouble figuring out how to do a frugal install.

The conversation seems to be from a few versions back… has anything been changed in how a frugal install is done?
Myself I have always copied the iso contents and pointed grub to it manually. So I am unsure if there is a way to do this in a similar fashion to making a live usb.
