Following installation of antiX 19.4 32bit distro on an old Acer laptop Travelmate 6000 with Intel Centrino CPU, I cannot access the Internet.
However when running a Live session (from a DVD) I can .
The installation went fine and I am happy with the many facilities antiX is offering ,be it that I still have to learn much about the system.
During the installation I was asked to enter a domain name ,which I did not understand ,hence I left it. This is probably my problem ,hence my question here and now : what needs to be entered as domain name ?
TIA for your helping an antiX newbie.

Probably it has nothing to do with the “domain name”.
In antiX 19.4 announcement anticapitalista states:
“Known issues:
* After installation, networking may need setting up again and removing/reinstalling resolvconf”
Edit:
Please try Menu > Terminal:
sudo apt install resolvconf
If needed, restart your computer and then try to connect to your network…

What version? base or full? Did connect using wireless or ethernet? If, wireless, did you set up the wireless with a GUI that popped up just as the system started or using a specific program?
