How can i edit grub to boot into Windows 1st. I figured out how to make the delay longer to give mr time to choose it, but Grub 2 has a;ways eluded me. There was a grub setup program in Debian that let you reorder in Grub 2 but I can’t find it or remember its name.

In case you have already tried antiX ControlCenter –} boot-repair and it doesn’t accommodate setting HD chainload, or a specific HD partition as default
(I can’t recall whether or not it does), here’s a suitable websearch:
How+can+i+edit+grub2+to+boot+into+Windows+first
“How+can+i+edit+grub2+to+boot+into+Windows+first” I appreciate the Google tutorial as i never knew how that worked it was a great learning experience, sincerely.
End result. these instruction did help though;
Editing the /etc/default/grub file
Type in the terminal
sudo nano -B /etc/default/grub
and your password if asked. The nano editor will open.
A. Saved method – In my preferred way, I made the following changes from the standard grub file.
I changed the value of GRUB_DEFAULT to saved:
GRUB_DEFAULT=saved
I enabled the SAVEDEFAULT functionality by adding the following line:
GRUB_SAVEDEFAULT=true
This edit basically will boot your PC into the last O/S you used so thank for your answer.
