I mounted the partition using file manager as root (rox) now when I log on to WIndows (dual boot) I cannot not access the partition.

I can access it from antiX fine.

BWT, I have a frugal install…forgot which exactly but if required I can look it up…

      Any ideas how to fix?

I also cannot unmount partition. I get failed error…

        Hi andres123456.
With live antiX (including frugal), if you are using persistence, then any changes to files won’t be visible from another OS, until you’ve remastered.
(I don’t use Windows anymore, so I assume it could see the files if they weren’t in the persistence file.)

Does this answer it for you, or did I misread your situation?

        edit:
When running your frugal, it cannot unmount the OS. /live/boot-dev/ is where the OS is mounted. You’d have to just shut down to unmount that.

I just rebooted back to windows 10 and now I can access the partition while before I could not not now sure what fixed it.

By the way that partition is not where I have the persistence file, that file is on a different partition so I don’t understand why it see is as live/boot-dev

At any rate, thanks I’ll keep an eye on this if it happens again. But to be honest I am hesitant now because I have lots of important files in that partition so might not even open it from within antix…
